TLF TWINS GIVING BACK

TAYLOR LYNN FOUNDATION & ROBERT GRAHAM JOIN FORCES

Our way of giving back to the community

For the third year in a row, Taylor Lynn Foundation was selected as our charitable foundation and a way of giving back to the community around us. goldRush Rally and Taylor Lynn Foundation with the help of Robert Graham raised over $100,000 during the 2013 goldRush Rally. By organizing a successful Wingtip VIP Event prior to the start of the rally in San Francisco which drew an enthusiastic and charitable crowd, we were able to lend a hand and help make a difference.

Participants, friends, and fans also supported the foundation by purchasing a Robert Graham designed Taylor Lynn logo heart to be placed on the rally car. Each heart is cut from the unique pattern of the shirt design that covers the McLaren. No two hearts are alike.

Taylor Lynn Foundation is focused on enhancing the lives of children, while at the same time educating individuals to “Take a moment to give back”. They provide microGRANTs to children which range from $100 to $1,000. These microGRANTs allow children to participate in events or activities they would not have access to otherwise. To show appreciation for each microGRANT received, each child creates their own way to give back to the community with the assistance of their sponsor. This way children who receive our microGRANTs understand what it means to give as well as receive. This unique concept allows each of our microGRANTs to impact the lives of at least two people.

“As the official charity of the goldrushrally.com, the foundation will enter a brand-new McLaren MP4-12C that was donated by an anonymous owner for the event. The car will be covered in a special “active livery” for the rally that crosses the United States from June 9 to 16. The livery will allow rally participants and spectators to make their mark on the car, with donations to the Taylor Lynn Foundation. For every $100 donation, a heart decal will be placed on the car.” – Autoweek

Luxury4Play and the Gold Rush Rally have joined forces and have created a very special McLaren MP4-12C for their 2012 charity event. This special McLaren will be raced during the rally and the company hopes it will raise the profile of the event and the charity. Every time somebody donates $100 or more for the charity, a ’Heart of Gold” sticker will be added to the supercar, so lets hope we will see as many stickers as possible. All the money raised during the event will go to the Taylor Lynn Foundation and will be used to save the lives of many children. This year’s Gold Rush Rally will start at the West Coast in Los Angeles on June 9th and will end on the East Coast in Miami on June 16th. This year’s event theme is “Rise Against the Sun” and it has been promised it will feature some of the most exotic cars you have ever seen.” – TopSpeed

“The GoldRush Rally is known for fast, expensive and powerful exotic cars competing in a cross-country event across the United States. For the second year in a row, the premiere exotic car rally will raise awareness and funds for the Taylor Lynn Foundation, a charity helping children in need. Co-sponsors Luxury4Play and the GoldRush Rally are running a special liveried McLaren MP4-12C in the race, further raising the profile of the event and the charity.” -CarBuzz
